Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Guests have access to all the amenities in the house except for attic storage.

Just 2 km from Sydney’s CBD, Balmain is a leafy, harbourside village with a creative spirit and a welcoming community vibe. With regular ferries and buses, the city is just a 15–20 minute ride away. Locals enjoy scenic foreshore walks, beautiful parks, and the iconic Dawn Fraser Baths—hallmarks of Balmain’s relaxed, community-focused lifestyle.
Well connected to Sydney’s CBD and surrounding areas, this home is just a 2 to 10 minute walk from nearby bus and ferry stops. Regular ferries from Balmain and Balmain East wharves offer a quick and scenic 10–15 minute trip to Circular Quay, while frequent bus services along Darling Street and nearby roads provide easy access to the city, Rozelle, and other Inner West suburbs. A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
