It was a shock to learn that we only had cleaning service the third of three days. Surprises: No cups or glasses in the room, no refrigerator, very small space for a Deluxe Handicap double room, one soap dispenser for every thing, one small pillow per person, no shelves for toiletries in the bathroom, no space for suitcases and clothes and only four hangers ...
